The On-The-Glow Cargo is a two-car pack based on the episode Henry in the Dark.

It comes with a paint tanker with realistic liquid inside and a Cargo Car with a glow-in-the dark Caution sign. Pressing the button on the paint tanker will illuminate the liquid (light only illuminates while the button is pressed).
