Victor is the manager of the Sodor Steam Works where he scurries all over the place, finding parts, delivering, collecting and supervising.

He has a heart of gold, has a good sense of humour and is a respected manager who doesn't suffer fools - especially the Diesels. Victor is a kindly and helpful Cuban narrow gauge tank engine who works at the Sodor Steamworks with Kevin.

Victor has been imported from Japan as he is no longer available here in the UK. The packing is in Japanese but VICTOR is the same as the English version with the name VICTOR in English, under the body of the train.
